These Terms govern NOWBOARD — the public board, checkout, and on-deck list. By using the site or paying, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not pay.

The service

NOWBOARD sells hourly display of a logo you upload. We do not endorse advertisers. Slots are fulfilled after payment succeeds. Preview or test checkouts may fulfill without a live processor.

Your content

• You grant us a license to show your logo and link for the hours you paid, including takeovers, bumps, and the on-deck list.
• You represent you have the rights. We may remove anything that breaks the Rules, and we do not have to refund that hour.

Payments

• Prices are shown at checkout. Takeover price is calculated at the moment you pay, from time left on the hour.
• Charges run through Dodo Payments. Completed payments are not refundable.

As-is

The board is provided as-is. We can change prices, pause hours, or take it down. These Terms, the Rules, and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement for the service.
